92ND INFANTRY DIVISION WORLD WAR II ASSOCIATION

October 8 - 10, 1998

Our Fifty Sixth Reunion is approaching. Prepare early. Make your hotel reservations by September 21st. Have your credit card handy when calling and identify yourself as a member of our association. Use toll free number (long distance). Deadline date for special rate is September 21st - $82.00 single and $87.00 double plus state and county taxes, 12% combined. This will include breakfasts in the dining room - Saturday and Sunday. Guests under 17 years of age are free.

Check-in time is between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. and check- out by 12:00 noon. If special things are needed such as non- smoking rooms, adjoining rooms, roll-away beds ($10.00 per night), etc., these must be requested when reservations are made. Every effort will be made but there are no guarantees.

Individuals are responsible for any room service.

Baggage may be stored free. Parking is free on a first- come basis in the hotel and also across the street from 7:00 p.m. (not strictly enforced) on Friday to 7:00 a.m. Monday.

The Royal Airport Shuttle is available. Call 1-800-653-0888 for reservations one day before the flight.

Local call - 301-657-0888. Costs from airports: National or Dulles- $17.00; Baltimore- $27.00.
